Frischfleisch is a german word meaning literally translated “fresh flesh”.
Normally is has a pejorative meaning for newbies. In this context it is not meant to devalue the presented artists and their work, but mirror how the art market perceives young art.
The works presented here are what I would call “high quality art” (a definition will follow soon) and are not orientated on prices.
